Vaccines are one of the most effective ways to prevent serious illness in children and adults.
Especially when traveling abroad, you should receive recommended immunizations to minimize your risks of suffering from diseases. Our doctors in the Infectious Diseases Department help you protect your health before, during, and after foreign travel. They advise you with individual medical advice on international health risks on a location by location basis, personalized to your itinerary. We recommend patients to reserve at least 4 weeks prior to your travel date as this ensures that there will be enough time to make appropriate immunization.
